Another week closer to your goals! Great work this week! I hope you are patting yourself on the back right now! You should always feel proud when you put in the work. That is what counts. Showing up, pushing play, and eating to your nutrition plan.

My house has been under attack… by the FLU! It’s been bad. Spread through the kids but it looks like Anita and I are ok. We preemptively started a Theraflu regiment LOL All I can say is keep hydrated, wash your hands, and get your rest! This is a nasty flu this year! But if you do get sick, play it smart with your workouts. I tend to go by the rule that if it is some sort of illness that is neck or above (colds, etc), I still workout. If it’s the flu or some intestinal issue, I rest! Your body is doing TONS of work to fight of that sickness, don’t beat it up with an extra workout. You don’t want to set yourself even further back! Insanity MAX: 30

I have been slowly adding some of these workouts on top of my Beast workouts to just test them out and slow down my bulk LOL! They are awesome! I am posting a FULL REVIEW of Max: 30 next week, so be ready for that. I have to say that this is an awesome program! No gear, just you and the clock. I love seeing how hard I can push and for how long. The results from this program are going to be crazy! If you need a program for a New Year’s Resolution, I would highly recommend Insanity MAX: 30. Results Keep Me Going!

I got a really nice email last week from Candy sharing her Body Beast results! I asked if I could share them with y’all and she was all for it! Congrats Candy! It just goes to show you that Body Beast can work for guys and gals. It’s all about your nutrition and what you set your goals up for.

Good Health Reminders

Finally I wanted to share with you a little infographic I received from Judy at the ARC (American Recall Center). Their hope is to empower individuals to live a healthier life. We take great care of our bodies through Beachbody’s workouts and Shakeology, but don’t neglect the doctor! When in doubt, get professional help. Get all the info you can and make sure you feel heard when you visit your doc. Thanks Judy for the great reminder and info!

I am sure I will get to tell you this again, but I hope you have the happiest of holidays and a very merry Christmas! I can’t believe that 2014 is almost come and gone… BUT I can’t wait to see what we can do in 2015! Make it your year!!! No more resolutions. Just a happier and healthier life! God bless!
