How fast are your weeks going? Mine are flying by!
This week we got to see the release of Insanity MAX: 30! I’m pretty excited to get my copy. It really looks like the perfect program to get people going with some hardcore workouts without needing any gear. I really like the mentality of pushing yourself as far and as hard as you can until you have to MAX OUT. That fits well with my personality :) It’s also super encouraging that they have a 100% dedicated modifier. I know that will help tons of people! And I bet you’ll be crushing your workouts and not need the modifier after a month or so. I am going to LOVE this for adding some more cardio on top of Beast, just to trim up for summer.I haven’t decided yet and want you opinion, but would y’all be interested in a MAX 30 Challenge Group for the new year?

So how did you do? Did you make it the whole 2 weeks with just 1 hour a day? I know I did! When you don’t make vegging out a habit and save your time for things you really want to watch, it adds up! I mean, even 1 hour a day is 7 a week! That is a lot of time to sit in front of a box of flashing lights LOL Add video games on top of that and you can really waste time!If you honestly stuck to the challenge, I need you to send me your mailing address! Hopefully even in 2 weeks you saw how much more time you can have if you cut out some TV.

I share with y’all a lot of tips and tricks to get the most out of your workouts and nutrition. But universally, the best thing you can do for any goal is to be CONSISTENT! I love the phrase “consistency wins the day!” Cuz it’s true! Family, life, business, whatever… consistency is what matters. You are defined by what you consistently do. If you consistently push play and track your nutrition, you will get results. No ifs, ands, or buts about it! If you consistently sit on your butt and pig out, well we know what happens. It was where I was. So much food and junk! Day in and day out. But the consistency of getting up, working out, and eating better changed it all. Now my habits are ones that help me!
