Weekend Update

Happy Labor Day Weekend! Do y’all have any big plans for the last weekend of summer? These holiday weekends can be a sticking point for a lot of people. Temptation tends to abound LOL!!

Decide right now what you want your weekend to be! You make up your mind that this weekend will be a success and fully commit to making it happen. Call ahead to any get togethers and plan what you can eat/bring that will help you hit your goals. Do you have your workouts planned? Get up and get them out of the way! And finally, is your mind made up about alcohol yet? Beer can KILL your progress. You need your plan now and get it locked in your head… you will WIN this weekend!

I had a really proud and awesome moment this week. One of my first Instagram videos of my son Xander was over 1 year and half ago, in this same mall using his walker. Check him out now!!!

Final Weekend of some August Deals

For just a little more in August, the T25 Challenge Pack is on sale. This is another great program to start with. All the moves are shown with a modifier to get you going. I still like to use these workouts when I am short on time or on the road. They are a lot of fun and you can really dig deep once you get the moves down.
