How’s it going teamRIPPED!?
I just want to start by saying thank you to everyone that makes up teamRIPPED! It is truly a blessing and honor to get to see this team grow and see so many people make life changing decisions for their health and wellness. Never think that you are asking too many questions or checking in too much. I love getting help and hearing how your journey is going! I’d rather you ask too many questions than sit there and struggle with something I could help you with. I have been there and done it! Put in the work, put in the time, dial in your nutrition. It’s ALL WORTH IT! And lean on me or the challenge groups for support and motivation. We are all teamRIPPED and we are all pulling for one another!
BEACHBODY COACH SUMMIT!
This next week I will leave to head out to Las Vegas for the Beachbody Coach Summit. It’s a gathering of thousands of coaches put on by Beachbody. We get to do a lot of training, working out, and learning about new products. It gets me fired up every year! I LOVE getting to be a part of Team Beachbody! I wouldn’t do this if I didn’t believe in it and knew that it worked.
We also have a good number of teamRIPPED members and coaches taking part in the second Beachbody Classic. This is a physique style competition where you get to show off all your hard work and try to take home the prize! It’s amazing to see what unreal condition people can get in with just at home workouts from Beachbody! Good luck to all the TR members that will be taking the stage!

Keep Sending In Your HOME GYMS!
I have got some good entries but I need more. I would love to see your HOME GYMS! I did this as a series of posts a while ago and I have to imagine a lot of your home gyms have changed. I know mine has! Send me an email at coachwayne@teamripped.com and attach a pic of where you work out. You might have a full blown dedicated gym or have a space saver gym. Whatever your gym looks like, show it off! You can get results anywhere, show the teamRIPPED Nation where you BRING IT!
