How was everyone’s week? Mine was much better than last week. Thank heavens for antibiotics!! All 6 of my kids are now recovered from the strep throat outbreak we had in the Wyatt house last week.
For those of you who didn’t know, I spent the weekend at a Beachbody leadership event. I had a great time working out with lots of great friends and learning exciting new things that Beachbody is bringing our way.

It was pretty cool to hear from Tony Horton what he’s learned from X and X2, and how he’s built it into what he believes will be the most popular P90X program to date — P90X3! Tons of variety (20 workouts), no wasted time (just 30 minutes per workout), and built on the latest research in sports performance and exercise science. Here’s a little excerpt from Tony about X3:
