Hey teamRIPPED!!

How is everyone doing this week?  It’s been HOT in Oklahoma this week, which makes my morning workouts pretty steamy in the garage.  But on the bright side, it helps me get a good lather going pretty quick and stay loose and limber.  Someday I may decide to try and pump a little bit of A/C into the garage, but for now I just roll with it as is.  I’ve got my awesome dumbbells.  I’ve got a great solid pullup bar.  I’ve got an adjustable bench.  I’ve got rubber floor mats.  I’ve even got a huge mirror on the wall to check my form and flex in front of LOL!  No complaints!

I loved seeing how many new people joined our teamR1PP3D ’13 Challenge this week, on the heels of my half-way blog article about the group.  We are definitely ROCKING it, and the momentum continues to build.  I’ve run / participated in many challenge groups, but this one has the most energy and enthusiasm on a large scale that I’ve ever seen.  Over 1,300 members, and results like crazy!  Keep it up gang!

Oh, and while I’m on the topic of RESULTS LIKE CRAZY …. Just wait until the next set of monthly Beachbody Challenge winners comes out.  I have some advanced word about who’s won, and teamRIPPED is very well represented!  We have winners in TWO age group categories, and as soon as I can share, I can’t wait to show you their results.  #OFFTHECHARTS!!!

I’m really excited about some NEW-STYLE teamRIPPED T Shirts that I have on order.  I’ve been working on a new style for a while now, and these are pretty sweet if you ask me.  Once they land (probably before next week’s check in) I will post some pics and those of you who are interested can order one (or more) from me.

I’ve been mixing these workouts in with my latest hybrid and they definitely push me HARD.  At the same time, my dad, who is at a different fitness level altogether, has enjoyed doing T25 as well by working at the level of the low-intensity modifier.  If there is a workout that both my dad and I can do and both get great workouts, it’s definitely a very versatile program!
