SUMMER IS AROUND THE CORNER! Are you ready? (And are you tired of me reminding you LOL)
The kids are out of school and it has set in that summer is here. I love this time of year! So many opportunities to get out and do more. Never overlook QUALITY OF LIFE in your goals and reason for working out and eating right. You can do more for yourself, your spouse, your kids, your family, community, church, work…. it all adds up!
So don’t get too hung up on only one goal, make sure you keep the major things the major things. Abs are great, make it a goal, but being there for your family is what matters.
Do y’all look forward to weekends too? When you are looking forward to this LONG weekend, make sure you have your plans in place to stay on track and crush your goals! For many of us, this weekend that’s ahead could have some temptations… so be prepared! Plan ahead!
