How is teamRIPPED doing?! It’s the end of another week and I hope you can look back on it and see your victories – see where you can do better – and see where you can learn from those mistakes. Every slip up is a chance to learn and get better. Don’t get stuck in regret. Move past those times you trip up and build resolve to make it sure it doesn’t happen again.
At the end of last week I was able to get away and spend some time with my family in Golf Shores, AL. It was great and just what I needed to recharge! Lots of special time with my wife and kids.
