The awesome thing about wins, any win…. little win or big win… is that it leaves a mark. You can look back and now exactly what you felt like when you fought through a foggy morning and still brought it. Or you can feel again how proud you were when you avoided temptation and stuck to your plan. The marks that victories leave are awesome! Make some marks this weekend! Make ’em count!

teamRIPPED Challenge Groups
I feel like I talk about this a lot, but it’s cuz they are that important! If you aren’t in a TR Challenge Group on Facebook, you need to be asking yourself why?!
They will help keep your focused, pushing harder, completely FREE, and they are tons of fun. They also can go beyond that if you let them. I have met some of my best friends in the world cuz of challenge groups. It was my first (and actually Beachbody’s first – teamRIPPED invited the challenge group) group and it was just when Insanity: The Asylum Vol 1 came out. I made friends in that group that are still friends today!
Yes we were internet friends, that became real friends! We’ve taken vacations togethers. Some of our wives get to together. We love to do BB events together… All cuz of a challenge group LOL.
As I still look around at all these guys, they all have unique stories. Tons of weight loss, bad habits kicked to the curb, other struggles overcome. They all decided it was enough and went all in. They are walking success stories!
So if you are in TR17, you have to know what I am talking about. If you are hanging back, get out there! Post, LIKE, comment, get engaged in the group!!! They can and will change your life.
