I just sent this out in an email, but I want to make sure that I invite you to get plugged in. Maybe you already are, but then dive in even deeper. This time of year always fires me up! We are 3 months away from June and it is the perfect time to commit to a program and get ready for summer, the pool, and hopefully some vacations!
I think the best way for most people to plug in is on Facebook. You need to be in the RIPPED 2016 Challenge Group – BE THE CHANGE (https://www.facebook.com/groups/1543378315987686/) It will keep you plugged in, motivated, and crushing your goals.

New Cafe Latte Shakeology
I had a little wait, but I now have samples of the new Cafe Latte Shakeology. Now I am not a Starbuck kind of guy, so I was a little hesitant trying it out.I mixed it just with 16 oz unsweetened almond milk and ice…. IT WAS AWESOME! Very creamy and flavorful. Anita and my girls tried it too and they loved it even more (They typically love frappuccino drinks too).
I think playing to its favor is the coffee flavor. If you have tried Shakeology in the past and the superfood blend was still too strong of taste, the coffee flavor and aromatic nature of coffee really cover that all up. I was shocked! This is already a huge hit and I know why.
If you love coffee, this is a sure thing. If you want to try it before you buy it, look in the right sidebar to request a sample.
