A week of Beachbody News!
Sorry for the overload this week! It always happens post Summit, but there is just so much news to get out. If you’ve been with me and teamRIPPED a while, you know that I don’t push anything. So if you just found teamRIPPED and think “man, Coach Wayne push BB all the time!” That’s not it, I just wanted to give you all the info I got on new products and programs. I’ll be giving you my full opinion, from my experience, once I try things like the Performance Supplements or the Shakeology Boosts. As with all supplements, I’ll remind you of my take… do you NEED them? No. Can you get great results without them? Yes. But, if you are looking to really maximize your results or performance, that is where supplements shine. They give you that edge. It might be making it easier to get in your protein (so we use whey). Or it might be to have more energy and endurance (so we use a pre workout). Maybe it’s refueling and helping muscle recovery post workout (R&R, Recover, or even Shakeology). That is where supplements come into play. If I only could pick 1, I would pick Shakeology. It covers all my nutrition bases with the densest, healthiest, and tastiest nutrition. It’s the only thing I take that I won’t go a day without.
CIZE is getting people moving!
Make your calendars, I might have been wrong on this one. Sure looking at CIZE initially, I thought it would be good for some people but not me. I mean, I’m Coach Wayne LOL I like to lift heavy and go hard! While I still love the iron, I can’t believe how much I have liked CIZE!
Wednesday we had a little 9 person “fit club” at my house with my family and some neighborhood friends. Funny thing is I had no intention of doing it. I’m already nursing a CIZE injury (blister lol), and was gonna just watch. But once that beat drops, it’s like that little purple guy on “Home” …. next thing I know I’m all sweaty thinking I’m Shaun T’s backup dancer. I gotta be careful cuz all this cardio is gonna hurt my powerlifting gainz! ;-) If you have ON Demand, you need to try the sample/preview workout from Cize. Have some fun with it!

We are over half way through 2015, so my question to you is “how are you going to finish out the year?” If you are rolling, keep on it! Don’t let off the gas! If you need to regroup, do it now! 3 months from now you are going to wish you started today. Everyone has the same time in each day, so drop the excuses and do it! Make your health, your wellness, your fitness a priority! I am here, each step of the way. Let’s do this. Make 2015 your year!
