Then repeat tomorrow. And the next day. And make this weekend really count! That is a huge momentum boosted. MOMENTUM is powerful!!!
I am happy to report everyone is doing well at the Wyatt household. I have been flying solo as my wife and daughter are away. Had some help along the way (still had to go to work this week) but we are good! Times like this always make me realize two things: 1) I am so glad I don’t have to this life alone! I have been so blessed by my wife Anita and she is awesome! 2) Routines make all the difference. It would be easy to get behind in workouts with all the extra work if I didn’t have a plan and routine. I KNOW I always get up and knock out my workout. And I KNOW I have a solid game plan for food. That makes it so much easier to succeed even in tougher times.

I have been asked to do some new shirts, and since the campaign went so well last time, I am going to run one again! I have found a really cool printer from Indiana to partner with and these will be sweet shirts. They do a sublimation style printing which gives an awesome, soft print. I was able to get them to price the shirts at $12 and with their flat $3 shipping, these are $15 out the door! Like before, shirts will ship and be to you 3-7 days after the campaign ends. Beachbody Summer Sale
Y’all know I never want to be “that guy” LOL and blast you with “sale” this or “DEAL” that, but Beachbody is running their summer sale. Some pretty good prices on some programs and gear. I think what jumps out to me is the P90X and X2 deals, Asylum Vol 1, and the black band and door mount. Those would be my picks. There are also some good prices on apparel too! So check that out.

Add in some items too to see where the shipping breaks. I know it’s stayed at $6.95 for the first few items then jumped when I must have gone to the next weight range.
