We are moving closer and closer to the half way point of this first journey. Soon you will be further into your program than you have left. Can You Beat Last Week?

Much like week 2, we know have seen these workouts once and it’s time to see if you can beat what you did last week. It’s about progress! Remember that.

You don’t have to beat each move or each exercise, but look over your workout sheets and find where you think you can DO MORE. Maybe it’s more reps, a heavier dumbbell, or just better form. Those are the gains you want to make! As you have been working out for longer and longer in PHASE II you will see more and more impressive gains. Record them and feel proud about your hard work!

Review Last Week’s Nutrition

So last week I called y’all to really take a stand on nutrition. How’d you do? Let’s do a fast, mid phase evaluation. Did you dial it more? Did you address those areas from phase I that needed work? If last night (y’all know – that big football game LOL) messed you up, DON’T THROW IN THE TOWEL! Go click that link and read up. One bad night doesn’t have to send you into a spiral of depression or shame. Just get ready to move past and make corrections!
