Never too early to get you information! I am excited to announce that we will not only be having a Hammer and Chisel Challenge group, but it will be a team challenge. A friend and fellow coach, Todd Warren thinks his team has what it takes to beat teamRIPPED. So Todd and I have been talking and even got the Beast himself (Sagi) in on the challenge. It’s on!
History has proven, we are the team to beat :-) We CRUSHED the Asylum Challenge and we also ANNIHILATED the X3 Challenge! We can’t let up now!
What we KNOW now: H&C Challenge
Date of the Challenge? – We will start Jan 4, 2016!
How long is it? – 60 Days!
Who can take part? – Any member of teamRIPPED
Do we have to use Shakeology? – No. It is one of my big recommendations, but don’t let it hold you back from joining in.
Can we do hybrids? – NO! This is straight up H&C as a team, ready to whoop Todd and his team ;-)
When will the FACEBOOK group open? – I will make a group around the first week or so of December. That will give us all plenty of time to buy H&C, go over the material, make sure our nutrition is dialed in, and get all the gear we need to BRING IT!
Why should you do this challenge?
You need to be part of the Hammer and Chisel Challenge cuz it is going to rock! There is something special about all doing the same program at the same time. It gives you more motivation and support than any other type of group. We are going to get CHISELED this winter!
Again, this is just the info I know now. H&C should be released close to Dec 1. We are taking on Todd’s team for the best results. We will iron out how we will pick the winners, etc…. so keep checking in on teamRIPPED.
I am really pumped to get to do this with the team! A new year’s challenge is going to be awesome!!!
