Did you know that here at teamRIPPED.com, we have our very own Before / After Gallery?
This is not a compilation of results from all over the internet. Every one of the people in our Before/After gallery are individuals who are part of the teamRIPPED nation. I’ve had the privilege of coaching each of them, and I consider it an honor that they represent our team and what an impact we are making across the nation.
What I really like about the Before/After gallery is that it allows people to see some quick before / after pics at the click of a button for motivation and to compare body types and see what people with their body type can achieve with P90X / Insanity / Body Beast / etc.
Some are 90 day results, some are 180 day results, some are 1 year results. But they are all evidence that no matter where we start, we have the power to change the course of our lives and gain victory with our health and fitness. It makes no difference if you are young or old, male or female, fat or scrawny. All that matters is if you have a teamRIPPED attitude!
