Terry G. has been a faithful and dedicated member of teamRIPPED for nearly 3 years now. He initially got my attention when he CRUSHED his first round of P90X and earned a spot in my Hall of Fame. But he was just starting, and he was determined to make this a lifetime journey and not just a 90 day trip.

I noticed that all of your pushups were on your fists. I too have a messed up wrist on the left hand and have to do this. I'm finishing up my first round of P90X soon and will start a hybrid. I'm hesitant with the P90X2 because of the medicine balls. Have you figured out an adaption? Great job on the transformation and way to be a great Dad.
@Kacey Klaus Yes, I have a partially healed broken wrist. I have to do many moves on my fists as you mentioned. For X2, I am able to do some, not all med ball moves. I have occasionally used one push up stand on top of a yoga block to alleviate wrist pain.
