Terry 3 Years Later

Terry G. has been a faithful and dedicated member of teamRIPPED for nearly 3 years now.  He initially got my attention when he CRUSHED his first round of P90X and earned a spot in my Hall of Fame.  But he was just starting, and he was determined to make this a lifetime journey and not just a 90 day trip.

He’s done exactly that.  Now 3 years into his Beachbody health and fitness journey, he’s still going strong.  He put this updated video together that you’ll have to see.

This is what it’s all about.  Get fit.  STAY FIT!  Mix it up to keep it fresh.  Try new things.  Push yourself.  Challenge yourself.  And inspire those around you.  Terry you are walking the walk my friend!

How was your diet on the journey? When did you start up ticking calories?

I noticed that all of your pushups were on your fists. I too have a messed up wrist on the left hand and have to do this. I'm finishing up my first round of P90X soon and will start a hybrid. I'm hesitant with the P90X2 because of the medicine balls. Have you figured out an adaption? Great job on the transformation and way to be a great Dad.

@Kacey Klaus Yes, I have a partially healed broken wrist. I have to do many moves on my fists as you mentioned. For X2, I am able to do some, not all med ball moves. I have occasionally used one push up stand on top of a yoga block to alleviate wrist pain.

great job man! It's inspiring to see others crushing the workouts 3 years later. Keeps me focused and determined to do that same day in and day out. Keep bringing it bro!

That is just fantastic! What an awesome inspiration! I really liked the "gitty up" from your daughter!

She started calling me Princess near the end. Nothing is more motivating than a 5-year old on your back telling you "gitty up princess"
