*** QUICK UPDATE!!!! Livefyre (the comment system on teamRIPPED) is not playing well with the wifi at family camp – must be their firewall or network. I can see posts, but I reply. I am working on it but it may be a second before I’m able to reply.

I thought it might be a little fun to have a team competition of sorts. All for fun! Just do you best and celebrate with everyone. :-)

For trying this out, we are going to go for MAX Push Ups in 1 Minute.

Rules:

  • Only 60 seconds.
  • Chest must touch the floor and then go to a full lock out for it to be a rep.
  • You can stop mid set and start again, but the clock never stops.
  • No cheating LOL
  • Be smart too! Don’t do this if your hurt, just killed chest, etc, etc. You’re an adult LOL! Keep it safe :-)
  • You can even shoot a video for proof ;-)

Pretty straight forward! Easy enough to do after any workout or even throw it in just for fun at the end of your day. I will keep the submission form up and running for the week, so you can even try it again. Just do your best and forget the rest!
