What a weekend! Summit 2015 in Nashville was fantastic!

It’s always hard coming down from the Summit experience and this year was no different. In case you don’t know, but Beachbody puts on a big conference and celebration for all of its Coaches each year. The past few years have had Summit take place in Vegas but this year it moved to Nashville, TN. Around 25,000 coaches flooded into Nashville and made it an awesome weekend!

We get to celebrate the success of Beachbody and its coaches, learn from the top leaders of Beachbody, hear great keynote speakers, hit up celebrity trainer workouts, and learn about all the NEW and exciting programs and products! This is all crammed into 3-4 days.

As I mentioned Friday, there were some really cool announcements this year! Shaun T’s new program CIZE will be available today. I even broke out a CIZE workout yesterday in the privacy of my hotel room :-) I shared it  in my challenge groups but I’m not ready for the world to see me dance LOL I will have the product pages for CIZE up asap today when links are live. Ok that was one still frame ;-)

Big Take Aways from Summit

Over and over I was hit with the same thing from all the presenters from Summit. It’s the little things, done consistently, that make all the difference. I have known this for a while but even I needed the reminder. And I hope you take it to heart!

It’s not one day of eating and tracking your calories that will get you ripped, no it’s each planned meal compounded with meal before and the meal before that… that makes a few weeks turn into a month and more. Those small, consistent decisions to stick to your plan add up to RIPPED! What’s hard for most people is that we want the “here and now.” We want that one day or even one week to make us ripped, it just doesn’t work that way! We have to be consistent and true to those small choices for health. So just like nutrition, one workout won’t make you stronger, but 90 can!! Are you will to commit to the 90 or even just 60 days of a program? Every step, workout, every meal, the whole program? I can promise you that you won’t regret it and you will get results! But you have to do the work!

And finally, surround yourself with people that  push you to your goals. The great thing about Summit is that it allows me to see my good friends. Friends that I met and made because of Beachbody. We are from all over the US, yet we have become great friends through P90X and Challenge Groups. We all push each other to be better men, husbands, fathers, and coaches! They are such a blessing and I am thankful for them every single day. So get in a challenge group and put yourself out there. Be supportive to those around you and invest in them so they an invest in you. You never know who you will meet and who could be there through thick and thin!
