I’m taking a couple days off from blogging for Thanksgiving to hang out with the family and friends. I’ll still check and respond to your comments, but there won’t be a results video or weekend update. Instead, focus on knocking out your workouts, planning how you will attack Thanksgiving without any setbacks, and take time to reflect on how blessed we are for all the opportunities and relationships in our lives. BRING IT!
Thankfulness is an attitude we can all benefit from having more of in our lives. With tomorrow being Thanksgiving (for those in the US), take a moment and just reflect on all the things in your life you can be thankful for: your life, your family, health, your job, God, a roof over your head, food on the table, and on and on. Take that attitude of gratitude and spend time reflecting on those that may not be as fortunate. Find a way to give back and care for the hurting around you. Thankfulness and gratitude should always lead to action as we consider how blessed we are. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving teamRIPPED! Turn off the computer and enjoy your family and friends!
