This week’s Midweek Motivation is a bit of a HATER Edition. If you pursuing change and fitness is very different than those around you, don’t be surprised if some step up to try to bring you down. This can really come up over the Holidays if you are sticking to your plan and being specific on what you eat at family get-togethers.

But don’t get discouraged! Be a motivator and be gentle as you explain WHY you are doing what you are doing. Encourage and educate!
