MY TAKE: Motivation starts with you. Long lasting motivation comes from really knowing WHY you are working out and eating right. What is your deep, personal motivation? More just getting ripped (which is a good goal), but is it your family, your friends, scary family health history, needing to be confident again?
Then PLUG IN to places of power and keep your mind full of motivation! Are you checking in with me? Are you in a challenge group? Do you read motivational books, websites, and follow positive Facebook pages? Make everything you take in push you towards your goals!
So here it is today… be MOTIVATED! You are worth it!
