We tend to talk about a lot of ways to maximize your results on teamRIPPED. Timing for food, certain supplements, modifications to individual exercises, and even how to take the best before and after photos.  Will doing or not doing one thing make or break your transformation??  No!  But it’s the sum of all these parts that allow you to have the absolute best transformation you can. It’s about making the MOST of every opportunity.

Making the MOST of your workouts.

This starts with first and foremost, doing ALL your workouts. DUH! You have to push play every day. Again, you know one missed workout won’t undo all your hard work, but you are making the most of every opportunity. That means that every workout you have scheduled for your program is meant to be completed. No if, ands, or buts.

When you workout, this is seen by working up to your full potential. You are using the heaviest weight you can, while maintaining good form, and doing all the reps called for. You aren’t going easy on yourself or cheat on your reps. That makes the most of each workout, each set, and even each rep.

Oh and this includes rest days. If you are meant to rest, take the time and rest! Your body needs it and those days are built in to fully allow you to bring it next week. So rest and recover.

Making the MOST of your nutrition.

This is what really makes the most of your transformation and what really makes you different. It’s realizing that everything you eat has an impact on your performance and results. You know it’s coming… but will one cookie at work make you lose all your gainz. No. But is it the absolute BEST you can do? Is it making the most of every nutritional opportunity you have?

This is why we track our nutrition. We pick foods in the right quantity and at the right time to make the most of recovery and muscle repair. This is why we invest in our health with Shakeology. We want to make the most of our nutrition. Shakeology in and of itself isn’t going to turn you into a ripped freak in 90 days, but it will maximize your health and results. It’s another important piece of the puzzle.

Making the MOST of your community.

Community can really drive you to the absolute best transformation and help you stay focused on health, wellness, and performance. It still does it for me! TeamRIPPED has always been about community. We started with the teamRIPPED Challenge and our own forum on teamRIPPED.com. That branched off into the first challenge group and The Asylum Crazies. Some of my best friends have come out of our challenge groups. These are guys and gals that still push me to be the best I can be. TeamRIPPED still pushes me. There is absolutely NO way I could let everyone down. I am a man of integrity and what I recommend to others is what I do. I think about what everyone is doing in the RIPPED 2015 Challenge and it pushes me.

How are you going to make the MOST of today, tomorrow, and next year?

So you start each and every day with a choice. You can choose to make the most of that day, or settle for less. I hope you make the most of every opportunity.Get some real accountability and community. You don’t have to do this on your own.

I hope you are thinking about your day and can see places where you can bring it a little more. And when you really don’t want another scoop of whey in water, think about your WHY and know that you are adding to the momentum of progress pushing you towards your goals. You aren’t standing still, you aren’t moving back… No, you are moving forward and making the most of every opportunity.
