Joshua has the kind of 90 day results that Hall of Fame stories are made of. He literally went from a keg to a 6-pack! Nuff said! Just watch this and be inspired! Joshua’s Story in his Own Words:

I have come a long way in my journey and I must say it is definitely refreshing to be speaking about my successes. But committing to this road was not easy, I found myself last year in October not only losing my athletic body frame but also my drive to thrive academically and accomplish all the goals I set out for. I was 24 years old living in brooklyn ny working full time, while attending my last college semester, dealing with family issues and numerous court dates due to my lack of sense of being young adult. It was all beginning to weigh down on me. As you can see due to my full plate of activities working out was nowhere near a priorities on my list.

Days and days past and I became more fatigue and out of shape. It was a constant struggle because not only was I facing graduating my senior college but also was worried that I wouldn’t be able to finish the semester due to the innocent that occured with my first arrest at the age of 24 due to a traffic violation. I could not focus worried that the worse was coming, but eventually the storm blew over and I finally graduate college and finish the majority of court dates I had in the summer. One day I went to go play a pick up game of rough tackle football and could not believe how fatigue I was through out the game. I went home that evening and look at myself in the mirror and said this is not the route I want to go. I began to research p90x because a friend told me about it and 4 months later hear I am… back in shape and ready to help others learn what they need in order to succeed with there goals.
I started off at 242lbs Oct 4, 2010, at the end of the 90 days I weighed in at 207lbs. Results could not be any clearer, now I must spread the word of knowledge like it was shared with me. I followed a strict diet plan of 1900 calories a day in order to lose the weight and still have energy to perform the vigorous work outs. It defintely was hard to make the switch from fast food, fried food, soda, juice and other excessive calorie foods to a more healthy diet. I was determine to see this to the end and started my healthy eating, like they said ABS are made in the kitchen.
I definitely had to slow down my life style and keep a good schedule routine so I wouldn’t stray away from my commitment to P90X. I work out in the morning in order to get it out the way and stop going out late with my friends and got some well needed rest. It wasn’t easy but nothing easy is well rewarded in the end so I push hard and follow my diet and my exercise regimen 100%.
I stood strong through all the criticism of non believers of the program and push. I heard comments like “Why are you doing this these programs never work” ” You can cheat once who is going to find out” “Take a day off you been working out hard enough” etc… But like anything your passion about you want to show drive and determination so I was convince that this program will work and it definitely was worth the sacrifice.
Now that I finish the program I couldn’t even take the week off rest that you suppose to give yourself after you finish round 1. I was so use to working out everyday it was impossible to stop when I was making so much progress. I learn a alot about myself during these three months and now I’m here to push and help other people with there goals of fitness and diet plans.
