Joseph is a guy who was always active and in decent shape. But he got married and totally let it go for over a year. He dusted off the P90X DVD’s which he had laying around, and got serious. In just 90 days, he got into the best shape of his life by pushing play every day, sticking to the nutrition 100%, and using Shakeology. He definitely got RIPPED!! Congrats Joseph. Joseph’s Story =
I’m a 24 year old who likes to hang out with friends and enjoys eating food. I’ve always been the active type playing sports for fun and working out off and on for 5 years+. I never really saw any awesome results from these 5 years+ of working out, besides I was in somewhat in shape and could hold my own. I decided to order P90X about a year ago where I did it for 1.5 months then I got married and went on a honey moon and fell off the band wagon, that was in September 2010 and I never worked out that whole year of first year married life, shame I know. It wasn’t until the end of 2011 when I decided to put the P90X DVDs back in and started pressing play to get myself back into shape again. When I started this Journey I never really thought much about how I ate or when I worked out OR even how I worked out but P90X has changed the way I do everything in my physical fitness and nutrition side of things. I’m on my last week of P90X and Ill become a grad of the program! Never missing a day through the whole thing, not even a sick day. Pressed play every day and brang it as much as I could. Shakeology is definitely a great supplement that I think anyone doing any of the beachbody programs should be on if they really want to see great results. It will bring a whole new level to your fitness routine.
I truly love the P90X program and I can’t wait to start P90X2 pretty soon! I give two thumbs up to Tony and the rest of the Beachbody team who made everything work! And A BIG thanks for helping me change my life, to live longer healthier and happier!

No I didn't do any extra workouts. I just BRANG IT!!! as hard as I could ever single time. I never missed a day not even a sick day. Even though I was sick for a whole week I still pressed play and did as much as I could. I was just fully dedicated to the 90 days and I didn't want anything getting in the way of my results. The only Extra workout I did was I ran to work ONE morning for 45 minutes. My Supplements were P90X R&R formula right after I worked out. One fruit & veggie shake with Flax oil (2tbps) daily. 2 scoops of Muscle milk after work. I started taking Kre-Alkalyn 1500 my last month of the 90 days but I wish I was talking it the whole time to maximize my results. I am currently off Kre-Alkalyn for a month but will go back on it next month for 3 more months :)
Did you doing anything extra? Like run or swim. I'm just wondering because I want the best results possible when I do p90x. Thanks.

Hey coach, i know i ask a lot of questions and not once have you looked at the question and went "This is too long, i'll just pretend i never saw it". Half of the things that happen in my life i'm completely clueless about what to do about it so i just wanted to truly thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have tried many coaches and they answer comments in about 3-5 days. I probably have already done the wrong thing by then. You on the other hand, answer in an hour (at most) and have by far the best answer. THANK YOU! :)
Hey coach, whenever i go out to restaurants or when everyone else is eating cake and I'm eating some fruit. They always give me the "you take exercising way to seriously" or "you are taking this exercising stuff too seriously, have a burger". I'm not going to let these stop me because i LOVE being healthy so much more than being unhealthy but these comments hurt and i was wondering if this ever happened to you. My mother makes cakes and desserts that she spends a long time making and then when i don't eat them i see her heart break a little. I know you can't really help with this but i was wondering if you could give me a tip.
Of course this happens to all of us Nathan. People are resistant to our healthy choices because it makes them feel guilty about their own poor choices. I've written about it in "negative people" and other articles so check that out. The real questions is, if she knows you are eating healthy and don't want to eat cake, why does she make it in the first place? And if she does make it, why does she expect you to eat it and then make you feel guilty for not eating it? That's not your problem. That's her problem.
Thanks everyone!! Yes that what my nutrion plan was, give or take on the protein. I started taking shakeology right about when I finished my first round of 90 days, so I didn't really have it my first round only for like maybe two weeks. But now on it daily and love the stuff. Yea i'm doing a X2 real soon after the next round of the X!
Nice results dude! Your story is similar to mine. I started and stopped P90X more times than I can count! Finally got serious at the beginning of this year and threw out the excuses! Congrats on your results bro!
