A little over a month ago I asked to see your Home Gyms again! I got some great submissions. And just like last time, they really show that you can do Beachbody programs anywhere. With lots of gear and equipment OR the bare necessities.

Home Gyms: teamRIPPED and Beachbody Style
Anthony R – Now Anthony gets to workout at his work, but it’s still a sweet gym! And goes to show you that you can take Beachbody workouts to the gym, if that is what you have to work with!

Ernie D – What a sweet pull up tower. Towers are nice if you don’t want to mount one but want something a little more than the door mount pull up bar.

Coach Wayne – Now a lot of you have been asking about my gym… well I am going to give you a peek inside my garage gym! I started in the house, in front of the TV like everyone else. I then made a dedicated room in the house for a while. As our family grew through our adoption, I was moved the garage. Not a lot changed for a while. But over the years, I added and added. Don’t think this was overnight! The piece that really got my rolling was a FULL set of dumbbells from 5-100 that a group of friends and coaches blessed me with last year at Summit! It is still one of the nicest gifts I have ever received! I rock the horse stall mats too (super cheap if you want TOUGH flooring).
From there I saved up, and got approval LOL to get a rack, barbell, and plates! It’s a tank! I have also been lifting heavier and heavier with Body Beast. It just made sense to keep it safe. Take a look!
Thank you to everyone that sent in photos! You can see, all these gyms look different. Do you need everything that I have to get results? NO WAY! I used Bowflex 552s FOREVER! What you see, as fitness becomes more of a lifestyle people love to invest in their health. So instead of buying video games systems, getting season tickets to your football team, etc… you just save and invest in iron LOL! All you truly need for a program like P90X is some dumbbells (or bands), a pull up bar, and a TV. That’s how I got my start, and I think it worked out ok ;)
