Energy and Endurance Pre-Workout Formula
The first Pre-Workout formula offered by Beachbody, “Energy & Endurance Pre Workout Formula”, was just released yesterday. I already ordered it and am anxious to try it and review it for all of you.
Since Beachbody has kept this product quiet during development, I have heard ZERO reviews about how well it works, how it compares to other PWO’s, etc. But luckily since I’ve tried dozens and dozens, I can give it a fair review once I try it in a few days.
Looking at the ingredients, it looks like it stacks up similarly to other highly respected PWO’s. We’ll have to see if it “packs a punch” or not. It’s got Arginine, Beta Alanine, Caffeine, B12, Glutamine, Tyrosine, among other ingredients. The nitric oxide boosters in E&E should help speed nutrients and oxygen to the muscles for better performance. And it should give a noticeable increase in energy and focus. The electrolytes and amino acids are also a very handy thing to have in a PWO. I also like that it has no artificial flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives.

Otherwise, hang tight for a few days and I’ll give you my full review on it! I am rather excited to try this, especially since I have been PWO-free for a while now while doing my vegan diet. But hey, I gotta take one for the team so it’s perfectly justifiable!!! :-)
