If you missed the Hall of Fame stories I posted the last few days (Krystie and Kyle) you have GOT TO WATCH THEM!  Krystie did awesome, following in the footsteps of her dad Rob who is also in our Hall of Fame.  And then Kyle shows y’all how to put on 12 lbs of muscle in a single round of the X and still have a ripped 6 pack!  Great stuff!

Warning …. tomorrow I am going to drop a nutrition ATOM BOMB on teamRIPPED nation!  I don’t want to give it away now, but I want to whet your appetite to be sure you check back tomorrow and read my Wednesday article.  It’s not what you are expecting, I can guarantee that!  That’s all I’ll tell you for now, but tune in tomorrow morning with an open mind cuz this one will surprise you!
