Hey teamRIPPED!

I interrupt the barrage of incredible P90X2 Hall of Fame results to give you some weekly check in news :-)

1) The past week I got to spend some time at the Beachbody Headquarters in Santa Monica, meeting with Carl Diakeler and all the top dogs of the company that has changed my life and so many others.  And I can’t help but get more and more excited to be a Beachbody Coach in light of the direction this company is headed.  The future is bright!  Very bright!  And even though many of the things I learned are “confidential”, so I can’t elaborate until we are given permission, there are some great things coming down the pipeline!  I can’t wait!!  And trust me, as soon as we are given permission to release news about new programs and opportunities, I will do so.

2)  For those of you wondering about my own P90X2 results video, let me just tell you to stay tuned :-).  I’ve already finished it, and from those I’ve given a sneak peek I’ve gotten some great feedback.  So needless to say, I think you’ll really like it.  But like any good coach, I’m letting my team strut their stuff first.  I’ll post mine at the end.  But just to give you a tiny sneak peek, here’s one of my X2 Day 90 pics.  Not bad huh?  225 lbs and body fat as low as I’ve ever had it =

3)  Remember, the orders for our 2nd (and final) run of X2 Crew shirts is right now, and the order will be placed Monday April 30th.  If you don’t order by then, you won’t get one.  See my article from earlier this week, “X2 Crew Shirts” for details.

4)  Finally, some of you have been asking what workout schedule I’m doing now that I finished my round of P90X2.  Well, I have full intentions of doing a complete second round of X2 since I believe I can improve a lot on the moves.  However, I will follow a slightly modified schedule for my P90X2 Round 2

  • 3 weeks in foundation
  • 3 weeks of Strength (using the base kit strength workouts)
  • 3 weeks of Performance
  • 1 week of recovery
  • 3 weeks of the Advanced Strength (using the bonus advanced strength workouts)

And I can’t wait to hit the deuce again!  However, I have also been dying to give the Les Mills Pump workouts a good run, so I’m taking 1 month to do a Pump / Asylum hybrid.  I started it last week and it’s a blast.  It’s a perfect 180 to the X2 workouts, which are all about control, precision, and building strength while doing very complex movements.  Pump and Asylum are all about going till you drop, rep after rep as fast as you can, till you can’t go no more!  The way I’m doing this Pump / Asylum hybrid is =

  • Day 1 = Pump Revolution
  • Day 2 =Asylum Speed and Agility
  • Day 3 = Pump and Shred, Pump Core
  • Day 4 = Asylum Vertical Plyo
  • Day 5 = Pump Extreme
  • Day 6 = Asylum Game Day
  • Day 7 = Asylum Relief (much needed!!!)

(repeat for 4 weeks).

Talk about shredding it up!  This hybrid will do the trick!!!

Remember, keep checking the website as I highlight our X2 Crew Hall of Famers, and then show off my own results video in the coming week.  For all those who wondered if P90X2 is the real deal, I think we are leaving NO DOUBT!  X2 is out of this world!

And 2 favors that I ask:

1) If you like the hard work I put into writing my articles and videos, PLEASE help me out by sharing them.  Click the share links below them and share them on FB, twitter, etc.  It really helps me get more exposure and grow teamRIPPED!

2) Also, as always, remember that the way I benefit from being your coach is that I earn a commission from any Beachbody products that you purchase, as long as you buy them through my site, www.teamRIPPED.com, or by logging in to www.teambeachbody.com to do your shopping (If you buy from the plain beachbody site I get no credit). It helps with the amount of time I spend answering all your questions and helping you out. Thank you! I really appreciate it!

Keep bringing it and inspiring others to do the same gang!!
