Hey teamRIPPED!!!
Another week closer to spring and summer …. are y’all going to be in the best shape of your lives? I know for a fact I will! I’ve been dialed in on my “flexitarian” diet, tracking all my numbers every day to be sure I don’t go over on calories, and rocking the P90X2 workouts with our X2 Crew, which is 600 people strong!! I feel like my core is made of cast iron after a month of the Foundation phase. And now I’m starting the Strength phase … yeah! This is my sweet spot! Can’t wait to see the results. Beachbody has now made the “Challenge Packs” available at the click of a button, so I’ve grouped them under the “Programs” tab. The Challenge packs give you a great way to save some $$. If you want a workout program and Shakeology, you can get them bundled together for less than they would be separately (plus you get a free club membership and free shipping as well!). Valentine’s Day is Feb 14th, and it’ll be all about the PINK …. Tropical Strawberry Shakeology!! Feb 14th (maybe the 13th if the links go up a bit early) will be the first day you can order Tropical Shakeology. I haven’t even gotten to try it myself, so I’ll be ordering for the first time just like all of you. I will order some for myself, as well as a couple boxes for samples. If you want a sample, I’ll add that as an option to my Shakeology Sample Request form on the 14th (but not before!). But if you don’t want to wait in line for a free sample, remember that Beachbody has a bottom of the bag guarantee on Shakeology, so if you buy it and don’t like it, you can return it for a refund or in exchange for another flavor. I suspect this will be a big hit, and I’m anxious to use this in rotation with my Chocolate just to keep my taste buds buzzing :-).

I did an article this weekend on the upcoming workout program Body Beast, which will be a MASS BUILDING program designed by Sagi Kalev in coordination with Beachbody. If you didn’t read that article, click HERE. I’m very excited about it, but since it’s a ways off, I’m not going to spend much time talking about it yet. More details will come as the release date gets pinned down and pre-orders open (I suspect Body Beast will be a fall release, so not for a while still).
Finally, in the newest teamRIPPED APP news, it’s up and running on the Android network! Check it out if you have an android mobile device. Just search “teamRIPPED” and you’ll see it! Unfortunately I couldn’t figure out how to make a fist that would pop out of your phone and smack you if you get near junkfood LOL! But it’s still a handy way to have some instant teamRIPPED motivation anywhere you are. You can check the latest happenings from the teamRIPPED website, our FB group page, Twitter, and Youtube, all on the app :-). Unfortunately for you iPhone users (like myself) the folks at Apple are making life hard on me right now (as are the people at Windows for Windows phone users), so those are still in process. I hope to have the iPhone and Windows phone apps live soon, and I’ll keep you posted. Until then, you Android folks get the love :-).
