For this Transformation Thursday, I wanted to showcase what POWER a Challenge Group has. I started with teamRIPPED a teamRIPPED Challenge way back when we still had a forum on the site. It was great! So many awesome transformations. Many of the Before and Afters from teamRIPPED came from that first ongoing challenge in the forum.

Now I run all our Challenge Groups through Facebook. People really engage as FB has become such an easy place for people to check, interact, and post their progress.

Today I wanted to showcase the final work of some of our biggest and best Challenge Groups!
