Better Site Commenting – Disqus

As you know, a couple weeks ago we lost Livefyre commenting. That was a pretty cool system that let everyone comment, reply, LIKE comments, and just keep in touch. Since then I have been looking for a new system. Well today we rolled it out!

Much like the old system, DISQUS sets out to make commenting on teamRIPPED better. You can make a DISQUS account or sign in with various social media accounts. If you want to remain anonymous, then just make a DISQUS account and you can set up your privacy pretty tight.

What I love about it is that I can moderate and reply to all these comments way easier. All our comments can be nested too (like my reply comes under yours instead of at the bottom of a long unrelated line). I love that you can tie it into social as well! I get to connect with tons of you on Facebook and this can be just an extension of that.
