I have been trying a new pre-workout for the last several days, and I’ve got to say that this is my new favorite!  I have used Jack3d quite a bit, and I have used NO Loaded and Arginine as well.

But my favorite is now 1 MR.  Different people respond differently with these pre-workouts, but this one really pumps me up and energizes me to a level beyond both Jack3d and NO Loaded.  I still feel the surge even 30 minutes AFTER my workouts are over!  And there is no nauseous sensation or crash.  It is good, pure, energy!

You are only directed to take 1 scoop, which is what I take, about 20 minutes before my workout.  I like this much better than the Jack3d, which I had to take 3 scoops of in order to “feel it”.  And while NO Loaded recommends just 1 scoop as well, it left me feeling jittery and sometimes even a little nauseous.  I haven’t experienced any of that with 1 MR.

Another note:  the taste of 1 MR is the best so far.  Granted, ALL pre-workouts are borderline HORRIBLE in the taste department, but this one mixes the best and doesn’t have clumps of powder floating around in it while trying to guzzle it down!

1 M R stands for “1 More Rep”, and it definitely lives up to its name.  I was able to get more reps with more weight on nearly every lift I’ve done over the past couple weeks. 

And for all of us who wake up in the wee hours of the morning and roll out of bed to workout, a pre-workout NO booster like 1 M R is just what the doctor ordered to rev us up and get us in high gear for a full throttle workout!

It comes in a 28-serving tub, which is fewer servings than NO Loaded or Jack3d (if you only take 1 scoop of Jack3d), but it’s also slightly cheaper.  I ordered mine off Amazon.

I’m always looking for the latest, greatest pre-workout supplement.  But I might camp here on 1 MR for a while.  I really like this one!
