He reminds me a lot of my coach, Josh Spencer, in these Day 90 pics. Congrats Brandon! These are some of the best results I’ve seen. Hey Coach,
I just finished up my round one of p90x and diet. I got amazing results and just wanted you to know I could not have done it without your help. I have attached my before and after pics. maybe ill make your hall of fame with my results!
My story
My name is Brandon Daniel and I am currently a P3 pharmacy school student. I have always been the athletic type but after starting graduate school, I began to let my health and fitness slip. I found myself going to the gym less and less and before I knew it I had gone from 148 lbs with 5% body fat to 170 lbs with 12% body fat. I was disgusted with the way I looked and I would always get negative comments from family and friends, such as “What happened to you,” or “Man you are getting puny.” I finally had enough and was truly ready to make a lifestyle change and commit myself to getting back into shape. I have done p90x in the past, but have never followed the nutrition plan with it. After reading all your helpful information and utilizing the tools you had recommended, I was able to commit to not only the workouts, but the nutrition as well. After about a week of attempting the diet, I really began to dial in my nutrition. I was hitting my percentages every day and pushing myself as hard as I could go in the workouts. I began seeing some great results. I was shedding fat and building muscle. My weights and reps were going up and I could feel my old strength coming back to me. After hitting day 90, I had obtained my goal. I was back to 150 lbs and 5% body fat. This is the best I have ever looked in my life and I owe it all to you and p90x!
