Did you like the Perfection Crew posts from last 3 weeks now? Just to recap: It was a challenge I put out to all of teamRIPPED to make a PERFECT 90 days of nutrition and workouts. We started out with well over 100 people (someone from the PC can correct me, was it over 150?) but we ended the challenge with only 23! Only the strong survived. These champions tracked their nutrition perfectly for 90 days, crushed their workouts, and got great results!

I had each member agree to turning in their results and I now get the pleasure of sharing them with you! I am going to include a few in each post to make sure I can show them all soon! Some people reached their goals, other’s still want more. BUT everyone brought it and deserves big congrats!

What was your Perfection Crew experience like? What were you highs? Were there any lows over the 90 days?

I love the accountability of a group when a common goal is shared. Lots of motivation.

Hardest parts were definitely holidays. So much food and beer around and all I had were Tupperware full of chicken and broccoli. So worth it in the be though. I went 4 full months without an “adult beverage”. That hasn’t happened in a LONG time.

Chris G losses 12% BF!

Starting/Ending Weight: Start 289.2. finished 247.2

Body Fat Change: Start 40% finished 28%

What was your Perfection Crew experience like? What were you highs? Were there any lows over the 90 days?

It was a challenge but I made it. My high was the fat loss and my total cholesterol drop 69 points from 240 to 171. My low was no weight loss at times when I was eating perfect and bringing it on my workouts.

That is some serious improvement in health and wellness! Way to go Chris!

I finally got out my own way and changed my life with God’s help by way of Coach Wayne Wyatt and TeamRIPPED! Thanks.

Ian H Drops 20#!

Starting/Ending Weight: Start 178 to 158!

Body Fat Change: Start 22% to ending at 13%

What was your Perfection Crew experience like? What were you highs? Were there any lows over the 90 days?

The concept of the group really clicked with me. I’m always good at starting but then falling off the wagon after a few weeks and getting so frustrated that I let it all implode. With this group I found my focus was that I wanted to be punching in my results at the end of each day, I didn’t think further than that or get caught up with progress or lack of it. In the past if I had a week where weight loss stalled I would get irritated and let the diet or workouts slip. After about 5 weeks eating well and dialling in became a habit and it got easier as time went on.

Anything you are super proud of or want to share?

I feel great, so much slimmer, so much more energy. My approach in work has changed, I have more energy to keep up with my kids and I feel happier. No six pack showing yet. Another month and I reckon my transformation will be box office. I’m determined to get there.

This fit in the first phase of a planned slow cut from YOTB. I’m cutting some more until tomorrow for the final stretch…..so I’m not at the final stage yet. This did make it harder as there is no finality to this as its part of a process. I decided to go without pictures as I still have 5 weeks to go….sorry!! I’m super proud of everyone who went through with this. This really helps to step up!

 

Christina B Goes Extreme!

Inches lost?: 8 inches!

What was your Perfection Crew experience like? What were you highs? Were there any lows over the 90 days?

I felt better on the days I hit my macros. My low came at the end when I didn’t make as much progress as I thought I would.
