Did you like the Perfection Crew posts from last 2 weeks? It was a challenge I put out to all of teamRIPPED to make a PERFECT 90 days of nutrition and workouts. We started out with well over 100 people (someone from the PC can correct me, was it over 150?) but we ended the challenge with only 23! Only the strong survived. These champions tracked their nutrition perfectly for 90 days, crushed their workouts, and got great results!

I had each member agree to turning in their results and I now get the pleasure of sharing them with you! I am going to include a few in each post to make sure I can show them all soon! Some people reached their goals, other’s still want more. BUT everyone brought it and deserves big congrats!

What was your Perfection Crew experience like? What were you highs? Were there any lows over the 90 days?

I’m super proud of all the “reasons to cheat” that can up, but weren’t excuses! Birthday, Mothers Day, anniversary, holidays, parties! Just goes to show you can’t just do whatever you want on “special” occasions because there seems to be one every couple weeks!

Chris G losses 12% BF!

Starting/Ending Weight: Start 289.2. finished 247.2

Body Fat Change: Start 40% finished 28%

What was your Perfection Crew experience like? What were you highs? Were there any lows over the 90 days?

It was a challenge but I made it. My high was the fat loss and my total cholesterol drop 69 points from 240 to 171. My low was no weight loss at times when I was eating perfect and bringing it on my workouts.

That is some serious improvement in health and wellness! Way to go Chris!

Anything you are super proud of or want to share?

I finally got out my own way and changed my life with God’s help by way of Coach Wayne Wyatt and TeamRIPPED! Thanks.

 

Michael M Smokes It!

BF% Change: Started at 16.16%, End 9.9%! 

What was your Perfection Crew experience like? What were you highs? Were there any lows over the 90 days?

Being part of the PC was the final push I have needed for the past five years doing Beachbody programs. I have never had an issue working out 5-6 days/week but nutrition was always my downfall. Over the six months prior to PC I had gained back nearly half of the weight I had lost since 2010 but wasn’t finding success on my own as I once had. PC gave me the incentive to say “enough is enough” and finally make my nutrition meet the intensity of my workouts. As I had posted before, I had two huge hurdles going in that nearly discouraged me from joining: my son’s birthday weekend and an annual work trip. However, I told myself that if I could make it through all my years of education and residency that this was just something else to which I truly had to commit. Plus, I’m an unbelievable competitive person and the notion of others doing it motivated me even more! “Could I make it?” was an extremely appealing challenge to me.

The low was certainly in week 5 when I was sickest I’ve ever been and ended up in the ER. Managed somehow to make calorie goals with soup and Gatorade and did recovery week I needed anyway with X3 but I did NOT want to quit or give up as I certainly would have in the past. It still seems ridiculous to me that I did yoga 14 hours after having a spinal tap! Despite the amazing highs and satisfaction of finishing, weight and body fat loss, increased energy, strength gains, the single greatest moment was being told by a coworker “You look fit.”

Also, had it not been for PC I would probably not have joined up for Beachbody on Demand to sample other workouts. I enjoyed the 1-on-1 week I did greatly inbetween finishing X3 and starting X2, modeling it after the original X week format schedule.

Finally, I just want to say “than you” to Coach Wayne and David Jefferies for putting this together for everyone and allowing me to be a part of it!

Knowing you can do something and actually following through with it are two totally different concepts. However, with proper planning, dedication, and support, I did exactly what I set out to do. That is what I am proud of!

Terrell C. Goes Xtreme with X2!

Starting/Ending Weight: 183 start 158 end

Body Fat Change: 13% to 9%! Ripped up!

What was your Perfection Crew experience like? What were you highs? Were there any lows over the 90 days?

I’ve never done anything like this before. I was afraid I would slip up and wouldn’t put in maximum effort. I wanted to prove to myself that all it took was one day at a time. I loved the amazing support I received from Coach Wayne and others. It was a little difficult at first keeping track of my intake, but once I got the hang out it, it was pretty easy. I absolutely loved X2. I can’t wait to do another round.

Anything you are super proud of or want to share?

I never thought I’d be able to have abs. I never thought I’d be able to take my shirt off and feel really proud. They’re made in the kitchen of course. A place I used to never step foot in. But the most important part is that my colleagues are asking me about my results and I get to be an inspiration to some.
