Darryl has been bringing it as part of teamRIPPED for quite a while now. He started off “skinny / scrawny” and rather soft, but he was committed to take control of his fitness despite his history of being a “hard gainer”.
He’s done the gamut of programs along side me (P90X, Insanity, Asylum, 1-on-1’s, and now P90X2). He’s dialed in his nutrition to build muscle while getting the body fat super low.

Darryl’s Story =
I started out super skinny. After a couple rounds of P90X, I had gotten a lot stronger but my visual results weren’t where I wanted them. So I re-evaluated my goals and my diet. In April 2011, I began a weight loss program including P90X and Asylum.
Through dedication and a lot of hard work, I lost over 12lbs of fat in seven short weeks. Next, I adjusted my diet and started a mass gaining program. I spent three months using a hybrid workout schedule and nutrition program that I designed for myself. After all was said and done, I had added a total of 10 pounds with seven of them being pure lean muscle mass. The discipline has paid off, and I’m stronger and leaner than ever!
