Hey Wayne,
Do you sell the Tony Horton kid video for 5 -12 yrs? I’m looking to get it for my 6 y/o daughter….she really wants to join in and our programs are to hard for her!!! please let me know! If you don’t i will go the the main site and get it there!!
Hey Thom, I don’t have it linked on here since no one ever asks for it (until now!!). But yes, just go to your teambeachbody account and shop directly for it “By Trainer” and you’ll see it. Since you will be logged into your tbb account, I will still get credit. Thank you!!
It’s funny you mention that, cuz I am going to post a blog tomorrow called “P90X//KIDS” in which I talk about the mini-workout I have been doing with my kids because, like yours, they want to do what Daddy is doing!
Coach Wayne – How much jumping is involved in the Insanity Workout program? Trying to find a location in my house to workout without waking up the kids and my basement has a low ceiling. I’m wondering if I can pull it off there or need to reconsider. Any jumping as in P90X Plyometrics forces me to another room. Thanks.
Coach Wayne
I already own the Insanity Workout program but I am wanting to buy the 3 bonus dvd’s that come with the deluxe package. Is there any way of doing that. I cant seem to find it on beach body.
Hey Carlo, unfortunately teambeachbody (which is where the coach orders go through) doesn’t allow the 3 payment option. If you are needing to do the 3 payment plan, you have to go straight through the main beachbody site to make the order. I don’t get credit for it, but that’s okay with me if it’s better for your budget. Do what you need to do! :-)
I must say that your results are amazing… Im already on week 6 of P90X and Ive seen chages. Nevertheless, Im thinking to try a hybrid program (P90X + Insanity Workout) because I really want to get ripped especially on my abs… please, what schedule should I follow till the end?
Hey Fabio, I’d encourage you to do a full round of P90X first, then go into a hybrid using P90X lift days and Insanity Workout cardio days for more intensity. Most of your results are determined by nutrition, so be sure you are dialed in, tracking what you eat, and not cheating.
hi there coach wayne, looking at the website and it looks great. i want to get ripped, any advice which programme to do. im quite fit, hardley no body fat, weighing 76kg. 5 foot 7.
Thanks Ed! I personally like Asylum more than Insanity (more variety, has pullup exercises and other strength moves in addition to the cardio, more creative exercises with the rope ladder and speed rope). However, Asylum is also more extreme, so you need to be in good shape to even start Asylum (either be a P90X grad or Insanity grad).

Brad, there is a LOT of jumping in Insanity Workout (if you have probs with doing PlyoX, this will be like that!). Sorry!!!

Hey Patrick, you can find it right here:
http://teamripped.com/programs/Insanity Workout -2/3-dvd-deluxe-upgrade
And for future reference, it’s under “Programs” — “Insanity Workout” — “3 DVD Deluxe Upgrade”
Hi Coach Wayne,
When I order through you, do I still get the option of paying by installments?
thanks
Carlo

Thanks Coach. If I subscribe to Vol. 3 One on One through you, do I qualify for 50% off P90X2 when it comes out?
Hey Carlo, YES. Any subscriber to the Volume 3 One-on-Ones will get 50% off the P90X2 when it comes out.
Thanks Coach. I am glad that I can give back to you by ordering Vol. 3 and a few One-on-One singles through you.

Hey Liam, I’d recommend P90X for sure to help you build muscle mass and get ripped!
Hey coach, great site! What program do you reccomend more. Insanity or Insanity The Asylum?
