Insanity Schedule

Below is a downloadable Worksheet for the Insanity Fit Test, and a Downloadable Insanity Calendar with the order of the workouts for the 63 day program:

If you have the Insanity nutrition guide and want to use it, that’s fine.  But I highly recommend using the P90X nutrition guide if you have it, as it is much more thorough.

I also have an “All-in-One Nutrition” section where you can learn to tailor your own nutrition plan for MAX results with either P90X, Insanity, or a Hybrid, so check that out!

And to create a hybrid incorporating Insanity with other programs like P90X, read these helpful tips and look at my hybrids that I’ve developed and used myself:

Once you’ve gone through Insanity, you might want to try some Asylum if you’re really crazy!!! :-)

Hey coach i have a question to ask you. I am interested in doing insanity again from day 1 but i always lift weights too. Last time i did both together my body rejected the plan after awhile and i started to get sick from over training. I want to do insanity but i can’t give up weightlifting for 2 months straight. Do you have any advice on how i can throw some weights into that program without overtraining my body. Would a full body workout on my recovery day and on my day off be too much or could i do one week insanity , a day of rest, and then three days weights before doing another week of insanity? Any feedback would be greatly appriciated.

Sure Garrett — do a hybrid. Don’t workout twice per day. Work out smart! Look at my P90X / Insanity hybrid. It’s the perfect mix.

thanks ill give it a look! but i cant do p90x and insanity at the same time, my university and part time job takes up too much time and p90x workouts are amazing, but there to long to complete while in school. My plan was to start p90x when university was over in april.

  7. Coach Wayne says:

Hey Geo, I’ve only tried a thermogenic (fat burner) once, and I reviewed it in the article “thermogenics” so check that out.
