My buddy Jordan got great results with P90X2, but was discouraged when I told him I couldn’t post his results in the Hall of Fame since he wasn’t 18 yet. Well, what do you think he did? I’ll tell you — he kept pushing play, did a round of Asylum and then Body Beast, and on his 18th birthday he sent me his updated pics from his 180 day journey!
Nice work man! Happy Birthday, and welcome to the teamRIPPED Hall of Fame! You rocked it my man!

Jordan’s Story =
My name is Jordan K. and I am a high school senior. Up through sophomore year, I played baseball every spring, summer, and fall, and stayed relatively active otherwise. But what led me towards working out was actually through conversation with some of my friends. Back in middle school, some of my best friends were girls, and they would always talk about the “hot” guys in our grade. I never showed it, but it kind of got on my nerves. I wanted that guy that they were talking about to me be.
Finally sophomore year, I bought P90X, and fell in love with the program. I used it to train for baseball, and I did notice my strength was increasing. I got P90X2 for my birthday the following year, and continued on with that program. However, I never truly committed. I would do three to four of the workouts per week. And my nutrition sucked. I ate whatever I wanted, and how much I wanted, because I thought I could afford to while working out. Sure I noticed that I would get a cramp or two during a P90X routine, but that didn’t stop me from having cafeteria cheeseburgers. While I was getting a bit stronger, this obviously inhibited my visual results.
Then over winter break this past year, I took a whole week off. I ate even more crap, didn’t do a single workout, and came home feeling like garbage. That was when I found the TeamRipped website. I had seen Coach Wayne’s videos on YouTube, and I wanted to see how he got the results he did. I read every nutrition article on the website, and decided on January 5th to fully commit.
In the beginning, my motivation was simply to look better. But then I realized how good I began to feel. I slept better. My workouts improved. I had no cramps during routines. I had more energy. Even my grades improved. I was amazed at how amazing I was feeling, and now that is my motivation to keep pushing play and eating right every day. Since beginning P90X2, my body fat percentage has dropped from 14% to 6%, and my weight actually didn’t change. My nutrition has gotten so much better and I haven’t cheated at all. Now even my family has gotten on board. My dad has dropped 4 inches off his waist the past three months, and he has been my workout buddy on the weekends. For his birthday, we even decided to remodel our gym! Without baseball, P90X2 has been our new father-son activity.
I cannot thank Coach Wayne enough for his incredible leadership and outstanding advice. He has been a huge inspiration. Now I am reading books on nutrition and P3 articles on athletic performance. I can’t get enough of this stuff! I am currently in the middle of a P90X2/Insanity the Asylum hybrid, and I’m absolutely loving it!
