Eric has some AWESOME results.  He was able to not only drop all the body fat, but get strong and build upper body muscle — all in 90 days.  He rocked it!  Check out his video for the proof!

Eric’s Story in his own words:

By the time I was 28, I had fallen completely out of shape.  As the years kept coming, my metabolism slowed down little-by-little.  I’d never eaten right, and hadn’t really “exercised” seriously since playing sports in high school.  At my peak, in 2007, I weighed 218 lbs (at 5’11”)—up around 45 lbs from what I weighed in high school.  My weight fluctuated from around 205 to 215 for the next 3 years, when I went through phases of different eating habits ranging from “completely disgraceful” to “not great but better than before.”  I never worked out… that was just too hard!  Besides, I was busy with other stuff, right?!?

I ordered P90X on September 18, 2010.  Of course, I started it right away… and lasted about a week before calling it quits.  I had never been a quitter!!!  But, I had all the excuses in the world—busy job, soreness, I couldn’t afford “expensive” food.  I decided to give it another go in April of 2011… I lost 15 pounds in the first month, then quit again.  I felt better than I had in a LONG time, but the excuses crept up again, and I fell back into a health and fitness tailspin!

Finally, on September 8, 2011, I started P90X for the last “first time.”  I committed 100%, and I BROUGHT IT for 90 days.  I was completely SHOCKED with my results.  I was an athlete in high school, but I never dreamed of having a six-pack!  In just 90 days, I lost 25 pounds (down to 170), and cut my body fat down to under 6%.  As you can see in the pictures, that’s a different person staring at you on day 90!!!

How did I do it?  I worked hard every day!  I stuck to my diet plan and I took Shakeology (which is now the cornerstone of my diet).  I supplemented appropriately to make sure my body was firing on all cylinders.  I have heard people say that nutrition is half the battle in becoming fit… Yeah right—more like 80%!  I ate SUPER clean the whole 90 days.  Was it easy?  Are you KIDDING me?  It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done!  But now that I’ve done it, I can honestly say that I’ve transformed myself both physically AND mentally.  I’ve REDEFINED who I am!  I’m NEVER going to slip back out of shape!

One of the most important aspects of my success was my coach.  When I began my journey, I didn’t know much about eating healthy and fighting through my workouts.  I knew I needed someone to help me along the way.  So, I found a coach with great results who told me exactly what he did, and I copied him!  Now it’s time for me to pay it forward.  I’ve developed an incredible passion for helping people get in shape and live healthy lifestyles!  That’s why I created TEAM DEFINED.  I’m here to help YOU get in the best shape of your life!  I know how to get you there—all you have to do is do what I did!  And if I can do it, trust me… YOU can do it too!!  There is nothing special about me.  I wasn’t a college athlete.  I wasn’t an expert nutritionist (although, I have learned PLENTY about nutrition since I started P90X).  I have a family and a job that keep me plenty busy!  I’m just a regular guy.  But, I wanted it and I committed to getting it!  I can’t give you the desire, but I can help anyone who wants to change their life.
