No Bruce, this isn't really a replacement for Shakeology. If you can't afford Shakeology, the key is to get a wide variety of fruits and veggies. I discuss that further in my article "Why Shakeology". This meal replacement shake is more of just a way to get some quality protein for a quick meal / snack (like Slim Fast or Ensure).
