Hey Patrick, I'd Agee that her best options are Slim in 6, Power 90, or Chalean Extreme . Maybe even 10 minute trainer. The key for her will be getting on a diet plan and sticking with it.

Coach, my mom is looking for a work out program and she isn't very internet savvy. She has seen the progress I've made with P90X and she wants to do a program too, so she's asked me to find her a good program. P90X is too much for her. She's obese, I think she's probably morbidly obese. She's 5'2" or so and weighs 241 lbs. I don't know what her ideal weight is, but by my best estimate she's in the 100+ lb overweight range. I love Beachbody products and I've recommended that she do one of them; either Slim in 6 or Power 90. In your opinion, which of these two programs - or other programs - would be best for her?
