did you find everything about it  they even have milkshakes thats what im trying right now it's for post workouts i did alot of research on it and im going to give a shot tell me how it works out for you                                       and hit it hard

what do you no about high grade omaga 3 formula they say it's for building muslel and it's supposed to give you engery have you ever used it befrore let me no.and have a great 4th with your family you think i should do more reasearch on it  talk to you later and hit it hard

is there any exersice i can do for my back and right leg do you no a sterach that i can do in the moring and throw the day that well help with the pain in my back and leg thanks and hit it hard

my back is killing mei fell off a roof a long time ago and really messed it up  2 bad disc  and sieadk nerve down the right leg sometimes i well be walking and my leg well go nume and i well fall down to the ground  every since i have been doing the boxing sometimes it hurts really bad like a hour or so after  and get real stif what kind of striching can i do to make it feel better because sometimes it hurts so bad i cant sleep or even sit in a chair i dont want to give up boxing because i have been burinng alot of calories right  so what should i do and hit it hard

how are you doing you have a great day with your family hope you did my mom is the same one quick thing i want to run by you how about for my diet that i go out and by like topperwere  and i could put like my 5oz of meat in there and then have a differnt one for veg and and so on and so forth  and i could even make a couple of days in afaints and put it in the frig would that be a good idea or not let me no when you have a minn and hit it mard

so do you think that i can do that like that or well it mes everything up turn the the days around like that the only thing that im worried about is keeping my calories the way that they suppose to be besides that i think that it well work and say a little preyar for my mom she isent doing all that great and do your best and forget the rest

after i get done with that  twi week meal planner can i go ahead and turn the days around like do the thrid  week     friday and put that on the first monday at the begging of the of the meal planner or should i stay on the same week and turn them around like start on friday and put that at the start and then turn it around and then put like tuesday after then put like thursday you no what i mean let me no when you get a minn and say a little thing to the man up stairs my mom isent  doing all the great again but keep your chain high right  and do your best and forget the rest

do you think that my son should be on the same one that im on he's got to drop alot of weight before he can play football he's going to the gym 3 times a week geting privit lessins and doing alot of walking with me he trys to do the p90x but alot of it is to hard for himi dont push him because i dont want him to get flisturd and then give up so let me no when you get a minn and do your best and forget the rest

i have just got back from fla do you think that i should start from the begging with my diet or go with were i was i was at 1900 calories high protine low carb but i need to no some other things to eat for my meals as  of like meat and things to go with it well ho im i trying to fool i need help with it mabeewe can make up a meaplanner for like a week for me or i could right down all the things that i eat for aweek and we can go from there thanks and do your best and forget the rest

@JeffWhite1 Have you tried to do the StretchX DVD? That would be a good place to start. You will pick up tons of stretches from that. Google "quad stretch" and "back stretch" too. Tons of youtube videos.

@JeffWhite1 I think he could follow your nutrition. More importantly, if you are keeping junk food out of the house, then he will have to eat better. That is a big win! No candy, sweets, soda, etc.
