One thing I’m very proud of is that not only have I transformed myself through the Beachbody workout programs and supplements, but so has my wife Anita. We have unique insights that we share with the teamRIPPED community. While I may have started the teamRIPPED community, she has been the “woman behind the man”! It’s a family affair! And since we each come at it from a very different perspective, I believe that we can help people with a wide variety of needs to meet a wide variety of goals. Making either of us your coach is totally free!! And no matter who you sign up with, you will be part of teamRIPPED! We just like to make it a family affair, which enables us to cater to each team member’s specific needs. When you click to make either one of us your coach, you will be asked to fill out a short form, setting up your free teambeachbody account. Once you do, you will immediately be part of teamRIPPED! It’s free, and once you are on the roster, we will send you an email welcoming you to teamRIPPED and giving you some tips to getting the most out of your workout programs and this website!
**NOTE** If you already have a teambeachbody account, you will have already been assigned a coach, and to become a member of teamRIPPED you will have to make a “coach switch”. You may have been assigned a coach and didn’t even know it, or you may have a coach that doesn’t fit your goals. If this is the case, and you feel like one of us can better help you maximize the program, making the switch is easy!

Hey Jose, I don’t make you a diet but I’m happy to help you with your own plan as you work on it. If you want someone to help you make a custom diet, the club membership is ideal for that (but that costs money). Read about it in the FAQ section.

Hey, coach Wayne. I have just made you my coach on beachbody.com and I already have a question for you.
I am on week two of P90X and the diet and workouts are going great for me. I enjoy it all! But when I’m done working out, I have nothing to keep me active. How active should I be during the day after my morning workout?
Hey Casey, I am not active other than the workouts since I am at work all day long. That’s okay. There isn’t a set “activity level” you have to maintain. Just bring it!
I have a question. I found this site through my Google play app store and I have not personally purchased the p90x videos. My sister bought them and the insanity workouts and doesn’t do either of them so she gave them to me to try out. When i go to the Beach Body website I can’t find anywhere to create a profile w\out purchasing the videos?? Am I looking in the wrong place?? Also am I able to keep track of my progress on this app like how much weight and how many reps I do for each work out or is it more for questions and motivation??

Hey Rebecca, yes you are in the wrong place. You create your profile on teambeachbody (not beachbody). Click the link above to make me your coach for free and it will automatically direct you on how to set up your profile. And there are tons of options for tracking your progress — on teambeachbody, on the P90X iPhone app, on the downloadable spreadsheets I have here, etc.

I just signed up to be apart of TeamRIPPED and i can’t wait to get Started. P90x comes in tomorrow and I am ready to bring it! Also the only info I have is that I am 5’7 and over 220, how do I calculate body fat % and Et cetera?

Hey coach Wayne, congrats on ANOTHER results story with P90X-2. Question, im about to start the P90X/Insanity hybrid workouts…i play basketball twice a week @ night (tough competition)…and against guys younger than me (some by 6-10yrs)@ 31 i can still compete at this high level, but should i still workout (during the morning) on the days that i have a game? Or should i just go by what my body is telling me?
I don’t want to “over workout” and risk injury and as we all know coach, injuries take twice as long to recover after we hit the big THREE ZERO!!! Have a good one coach, time to RIP IT UP!!!
Hey John, go with what your body is telling you. But let the bball sub for your Insanity workouts (NOT your lift workouts) if you choose not to do a workout. Keep bringing it!
Coach Wayne, I just started week 3 of P90X today and the program has been great but I’ve got a busy next month or so and am worried about missing workouts. In 3 weeks I’ll miss a Kenpo X workout but I’ll be doing a 5K Warrior Dash that day so I’m not too concerned but in late June I’ll be traveling and may miss Chest/ Back & Plyo. Any suggestions on keeping current while on the road?
Hey Chuck, trading a kenpo workout for a warrior dash is a great substitution. No worries there.
For the days you will miss the other 2 workouts, you could shift the other days either leading up to it or after it so that you get the Chest and back workout done (skip a rest day or something), and then go jogging or something to get some cardio work in exchange for the plyo.
That would be a good solution.
