Hey Coach, I'm going to be starting P90X soon and I'm going to be using only resistance bands. Do you have any tips or tricks? Like adding more or less reps for certain workouts and what not.

Hey Brandon! The same rules apply to bands that you would apply to weights -- pick a resistance level that forces you to struggle to complete the last 3-4 reps (preferably in the 8-10 rep range). You'll need a variety of band sizes, and you can change your angle and foot position to increase resistance with the bands to make yourself really work hard. The videos will show a person executing the band moves so pay attention to their form. Bring it!
