    Ok, that’s why my stability ball is so small caus eit is, LOL I thought i was loosing my mind when doing the workouts that theirs looks so much bigger I didn’t know/reolize there were two different sizes. Being that i’m six feet one inch the small stab, ball is quite uncomfortable to say the least, LOL.
    Also i find the fld creases in the ball are quite deep will this effect the ball as i’m afraid of it popping,YIKES!

    Hey Craig, the X2 balls are very sturdy. Thy are much stronger th normal stability balls. You won’t pop them. If you see creases, you need to inflate it more. It should be very firm. The smaller blue ones (like Tony and most everyone else use on the video) actually make the moves more challenging, which is why I’m glad I have that size.
