Hey Coach, do you know if beachbody will be selling their medicine balls separately ? I bought some 10lb ones at sports authority but they were way too small and would cause my wrist too hurt. I need some shaped more like basketballs since I got big hands.
Hey Hernan, BB isn’t planning to sell the med balls separately (at least not in the immediate future). Your best bet is to get some from Amazon. Valeo makes nice ones.
Hey Coach, any thoughts on using these as a replacement for an office chair? I’m thinking it might help circulation and give a little core workout, but not sure how comfortable or stable it would be.

I don’t know Dave. I know people have used stability and balance balls to sit on, but I never have so I can’t really comment on if it would be comfortable over several hours or not.
