What’s up teamRIPPED?! Another week is done and it’s FRIDAY!
Over and over I ask about your goals and sticking to the process. How are y’all doing with that? Do you feel that sense of accomplishment with each and every day you stuck to your plan? Do you ever slip up a bit? Now it’s time to reflect and learn from last week. Take a close look here.
- If you trusted the process (GREAT WORK!) and made it 100%, is there a new way you can push a little harder? Keep it up!
- If you slipped up on your plan, what can you do next time to stick with? What changes do you need to make to be able to feel proud, knowing you did it 100% next week?
Commit right now to having a solid weekend. So many people backslide on weekends. Get your plan ready now! Look at your food log and repeat some really good days. Know where you are going and who you will be with this weekend. Don’t let a “surprise” trip to your friends take you off course. You got this teamRIPPED! I am right there with you. Dialed in and FOCUSED!
teamRIPPED on Facebook – In case you missed it!
I posted this last week too, but a great way to stay plugged in with teamRIPPED (and get a hold of me) is to LIKE the teamRIPPED Facebook page. Post comments, pics, check out blogs, etc. It’s a great place to check in if you are already on FB a lot. Which I know a lot of you are LOL
Also, make sure to select “Get Notifications” when you are there. FB has been changing how and what they display from pages you LIKE. So this will allow you to get it all.
LIFT 4 is Coming!
