What is up TR!? We are moving, moving close to summer. Are you on track to hit your goals?

Major on the MAJORS

We all have a finite amount of energy in each day. We can only be stretched so far. So why do so many of us get side tracked with things that aren’t that important? Cuz it’s easy to do! Things seem important, they call our attention, but when we really look into it, they are just distractions. So as you are on your fitness journey, let me remind you on what IS important! Here are my list of MUST DOs (in order of importance).

  1. Track YOUR Nutrition – this is really 2 tiered. First, get your calories in line with your goals. If you are looking to get ripped, you need to first and foremost eat at your deficit. IF you are bulking, you need that surplus. From there – a close #2, get your macros in line. This is the most important thing you can do to hit your goals – TRACK WHAT YOU EAT and DON’T CHEAT.
  2. Workout Daily – This does so many things. You will be getting stronger, improving your cardio, helping build that calorie deficit, and becoming all around healthy. Don’t miss your workouts. Pick a plan, a hybrid, a program and see it through.
  3. Track your Progress – This is the last one. Take those monthly pics and record your weight/BF%. Make sure you have some data to look at as you go. Then make sure you are tracking your workouts so you can see that progress do. Don’t be guessing!
