P90X2 Results from Coach Wayne :-)

Time for a trip down memory lane LOL I have been seeing more and more people doing X2 and I was reminded about what an awesome program it is. It hits so many weaknesses and makes you strong and solid. Take a look back at what I was able to do with X2. What’s even better now is P90X2 is part of Beachbody On Demand… so if you want to do it, that is a really cost effective option!

But first, let me just say something that’s just as important to me as P90X2 results — even more so, actually.  We all focus on getting fit, getting ripped, and getting healthy.  Those are all noble goals.  I obviously care quite a bit about them myself :-).  And I’m in the very best shape I’ve ever been in my entire life at this very moment (video evidence of my P90X2 results below LOL).

However, these bodies will eventually wear out.  Being ripped is temporary.  Life is SHORT.  Be sure that you are investing your time and energy into things that leave a legacy … things that last forever.  Make an impact in the world around you.  Let your light shine.  Let others see the hope that lies in you.  We have all been blessed in many ways.  In all things, first pause and give thanks to your Maker.  Then be a good steward of His favor by being a blessing to others.  I hope that in all the “Get fit / Get RIPPED” talk we have on here, that you see those traits in me, because that’s a legacy that will last far beyond anything else I do.

P90X2 Results — Down to business

And now, for everyone who wondered if the PHASE approach (Foundation, Strength, Performance) and the science behind P90X2 would really help a person build muscle, get stronger, and shred like never before, I think that the X2 Crew P90x2 results you have witnessed over the past couple weeks have put that question to rest.  I heard from many during the foundation phase that were going to bail on X2 because it wasn’t working like they hoped.  They weren’t feeling “The Pump”.  I’m sure I’ll be hearing from all of them again shortly as they realize they should have trusted the plan LOL!

And I think my P90X2 results will speak for themselves!  I have been doing P90X, Insanity, Asylum, 1-on-1’s, and hybrids for over 2 years now.  I thought that I had achieved the maximum results I could imagine.  I was wrong!  I have never been as fit, ripped, or muscular as I am right now, after a round of P90X2.  I am weighing 225 lbs, with less than 6% body fat!  CRAZY!!  The last time I had sub-6% body fat was in late 2010 after I had just finished a P90X / Insanity hybrid — but along with that sub 6% body fat I was weighing 208.  Now I’m every bit as ripped, but 17 pounds heavier, with great upper body muscle development.

Thanks P90X2 for taking me to levels I didn’t know were possible in my own strength and fitness, with P90X2 results I could have never imagined!
